Who we are

What we collect
The contact form opens an email in your own mail app with the details you entered: your name, email address, travel date, group size, chosen route, and message. Nothing is sent until you press send, and the message reaches us as a normal email. We use it only to answer you and to plan your trip. If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by your phone provider or by WhatsApp under their own terms.
What we don't do
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own site, and the contact form sends nothing to any third-party service. We never sell or share your details with anyone outside the company.
Hosting & server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP addresses and requested pages) for security and reliability. These are not used to identify you.
How long we keep inquiries
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to plan and deliver your trip, and for our bookkeeping obligations under Icelandic law.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@icelanddirecttours.is and we will sort it out.
